Now, we already know everyone in the world loves ice cream, so why not combine that, with another dessert we know everyone loves, cake! Yes, we know, what a genius idea. Let us just say, these will be an absolute hit during the summer. If you’re going out for a backyard party of family meet up, the family is going to love these. Not to mention the kiddies are going to go ballistic for these, I mean, what kid doesn’t already go crazy for ice cream? - 24 (unwrapped) ice cream sandwiches
- 1 jar of hot fudge topping
- 1 jar of caramel topping
- 2 containers of whipped cream
- ¼ cup of chopped pecans (optional)
Grab a medium sized dish of your choice and began to start the first layer of ice cream sandwiches. Bring out the whipped cream and top that with a layer of whipped cream on top, your hot fudge, and some caramel topping. Now that you have the first layer complete, take your remaining ice cream sandwiches; lay them out while repeating your whipped cream, fudge, and caramel topping. Finish of your ice cream sandwich cake with one last layer of whip cream and sprinkle on some pecans for some extra taste. Layer a sheet of aluminum foil on top and place into your freezer for a good 30 minutes to ensure everything has set. Take out after 30 minutes and serve this scrumptious treat right away!
